Rates (for unsigned artists)

  • My hourly rate is dependent on what we are recording.

    Vocal Tracking - $50 per hour

    Drum Tracking - $75 per hour

    Full Band - $100 per hour

    The recording process is the most critical part of any audio recording project. This rate is reserved for pre-production, tracking, overdubs, and editing any audio. Audio editing includes pitch correction, timing correction, and audio restoration. This rate is billed hourly for up to 8 hours.

  • $500 per day

    If the project will take more than 8 hours in a day, I recommend you pay the day rate. This rate will guarantee my services for 8 to 16 hours. I charge my day rate for live sound events, as well as recording/editing projects that will need my services for more than 8 hours.

  • $50 per hour

    Any editing that needs to occur is billed hourly. This includes time alignment, pitch correction, track arrangement, or general session management.

  • $350 for the first 5 hours.

    $50 per hour for every hour after that.

    My price includes a full mix of previously recorded material with a run time of 6 minutes or less, with up to 4 revisions.

    A mix of a typical song will include balancing the volume of the tracks provided, as well as panning and processing (EQ, Compression, saturation as needed) and effects (Delay, Reverb, Phaser, Flanger, etc…)

    My goal is to make sure you love your project by the time it leaves my desk.

  • $150 for Mastering per song

    $200 for a Analog Master per song

    $250 for Stem Mastering per song

    My price includes a full master of previously mixed material with a run time of 6 minutes or less, and up to 4 revisions. I will also embed any metadata you wish to include, as well as delivering your files in multiple formats.

    The Mastering process is the last step of the creative side of making music. Mastering is where your final mix will be polished and sent off to be distributed. Whether that is to a streaming service (like Apple Music or Spotify), to an album for be pressed as a Vinyl Record, or to a Video editor to be a part of a music video, depends on the Artist as each one of those locations has a different Mastering requirement.
